Your Core Curriculum (Yoga Alliance Aligned)
Our curriculum is intentionally structured to build your knowledge from a strong, foundational base to the nuanced art of teaching. You will be guided through four core educational categories to prepare you to teach with authentic, embodied confidence.
Techniques, Training, & Practice (75 Hours): Develop a refined personal practice (Sadhana) and master foundational and advanced yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.
Anatomy & Physiology (30 Hours): Gain a felt-sense understanding of the body's systems, biomechanics, and functional movement. Learn to apply this knowledge for safe, intelligent, and therapeutic teaching.
Yoga Humanities (30 Hours): Explore the rich history, philosophy, and ethics of yoga. We will dive into key texts like The Yoga Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita as practical guides for modern life.
Professional Essentials (50 Hours): Learn the art and business of yoga. This category covers sequencing, communication, marketing, trauma-informed teaching methodologies, and the skills to build a sustainable career.
