Your Core Curriculum (Yoga Alliance Aligned)

Our curriculum is intentionally structured to build your knowledge from a strong, foundational base to the nuanced art of teaching. You will be guided through four core educational categories to prepare you to teach with authentic, embodied confidence.

  • Techniques, Training, & Practice (75 Hours): Develop a refined personal practice (Sadhana) and master foundational and advanced yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.

  • Anatomy & Physiology (30 Hours): Gain a felt-sense understanding of the body's systems, biomechanics, and functional movement. Learn to apply this knowledge for safe, intelligent, and therapeutic teaching.

  • Yoga Humanities (30 Hours): Explore the rich history, philosophy, and ethics of yoga. We will dive into key texts like The Yoga Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita as practical guides for modern life.

  • Professional Essentials (50 Hours): Learn the art and business of yoga. This category covers sequencing, communication, marketing, trauma-informed teaching methodologies, and the skills to build a sustainable career.
